Scope of this policy

This policy covers ten94.com — the corporate website of Ten94 Technologies Limited (RC 8145463) — and the inboxes listed on our contact page. It does not cover our products. Sendii has its own privacy policy governing the Sendii app and sendii.ng; if you are a Sendii user, that is the document that applies to you.

What this site collects

This website has no accounts, no forms and no advertising. We do not set analytics or marketing cookies, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare’s network. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical request data — IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, and the time of the request — in order to serve the page, keep the service available and protect it from abuse. We use this only in aggregate, for security and reliability.

When you write to us

If you email one of the addresses on our contact page, we hold your message and your contact details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or rent your details to anyone.

Applications sent to our careers inbox are kept so we can consider you for current and future roles. Ask us to delete yours and we will.

Legal basis and your rights

We process this data under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a secure website and responding to people who contact us.

Under that Act you have the right to:

• ask what personal data we hold about you, and get a copy;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• ask us to delete your data;
• object to or restrict how we process it;
• complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission if you think we have handled your data improperly.
